About Michael Duchene

I'm a California native who grew up in the hot, sunny desert of Coachella Valley. I live and work in San Diego.

I served four years in the US Navy as a specialist welder. Honorably discharged in 2009, the GI Bill allowed me to pursue a degree in design.

The creative type, I loved to draw as a child. I have 12 years of professional design experience with nine-plus years in design and advertising. I am currently the creative director for the most prominent vehicle donation program in the country. In this role, I lead junior designers and marketing team members in design and creative direction for print, web, and video advertising, resulting in award-winning marketing collateral that has helped us surpass our goals.
